1. About this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Jenzen family and PAJET Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) collect, use and protect your personal information in connection with the Southwark Square website (southwarksquare.com.au).
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect:
- Your name, first and last
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Postcode
- What you are interested in, being residential, commercial or partnership
- The page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on
We also collect automatically, through Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare:
- Your IP address, which Cloudflare uses to derive an approximate country and city, and which Google Analytics 4 anonymises
- Browser type, device and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- The website that referred you
This site does not run a Meta Pixel, and it carries no advertising, remarketing or session-recording technology.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your registration and send you news about Southwark Square as it develops
- To contact you by email or phone
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To meet our legal obligations
4. Who we share it with
Your registration is shared with:
- Cluse & Co Pty Ltd, for marketing support and website operation
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores the enquiry database
- Google, for analytics, and Google Sheets, where the enquiry log is kept for the people managing the project
- Resend, which delivers the notification email
A record that a registration occurred is also sent to Google Analytics from our server as well as from your browser, so the count is accurate when a browser blocks analytics. That record carries no name, email or phone number.
We do not sell or rent your information to anybody.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to recognise a returning browser and measure how the site is used. That is the only tracking technology on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will continue to work.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Everything you submit is sent over an encrypted connection. We store it with Cloudflare and Google, and access is limited to the people working on the project.
7. Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention we are bound by
- Stop receiving updates at any time
